About the Coach

Josie JamesJosie James is the founder of Imago Inspiration. She holds certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation. Josie is a seasoned professional in the education field and has taught in school systems in New Jersey, Maryland and Washington, DC.

She has supervised teachers and coached new and underperforming teachers for Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) in Maryland. Josie has also coached school administrators both for MCPS and Morgan State University, in addition to managers in business from companies like BG&E and Coca Cola.
